James was a great realtor. I just moved to NYC and it was my first time renting. He was very knowledgable about the locations and didn't waste any time. James showed a range of places lower/over your budget so you can get a sense of what you pay per space. He is very fair and trustworthy. We were able to close on an apt in less than a week!
James was super helpful in finding the apartment I wanted. I needed to find a place to move into within a 2 week time frame and James had no doubts that request would be an issue. Super friendly and very funny guy. I imagine I will be moving again in the future and will absolutely work with James again.
James showed us 3 apartments on a hot Wednesday afternoon. He was able to answer all of questions since I am from out of town. He also provided us with a full list of required documentations to ensure our lease signing went as smooth as possible. Overall, I would totally recommend James to other people.

James is great.
My girlfriend and I met him in March at the first apartment we viewed. During our 3-month apartment hunt, we never contacted another broker.
James’ is a real estate expert. His knowledge, promptness and preparedness stood out at every viewing.
But more important (to us), he is extraordinarily good-natured and personable.
Anyone who has searched for housing in Manhattan can attest that many brokers seem arrogant, pushy or impatient. James is funny, always strikes up an interesting conversation between viewings and really cares about you and what you're looking for.
James did a wonderful job helping me find an excellent apartment! I recommend his services.
