Hi, I'm Izra - a licensed New York City real estate agent specializing in Downtown Manhattan and the Financial District.
Before real estate, I spent 15 years in advertising and media strategy, advising leading global brands and managing nearly $1.7 billion in marketing investment during my tenure. My work included national campaigns and launches for Amazon, HBO Max, Xbox, Volvo, and The New York Times.
That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: with strategy, strong communication, an understanding of what people truly value, and a thoughtful approach to major decisions.
Real estate felt like a natural evolution. I've always been drawn to architecture, design, exploring new neighborhoods, and the way the right home can shape how you experience a city.
My focus is Downtown Manhattan, with particular expertise in FiDi rentals. My goal is to help clients find homes that genuinely fit their lifestyle while making the rental process feel clear, efficient, and personal.

Izra quickly understood what we wanted and the apartments we saw felt intentional. She was honest when something wasn’t worth pursuing.
Izra was very thoughtful, easy to talk to, and responsive. Couldn’t recommend her more

I was nervous about the prospects of finding a great, affordable apartment in FiDi (out-of-towner, accepted a new job), but was incredibly lucky to find Izra, who exceeded all expectations I could've had for a realtor and made the apartment-hunting process stress-free (even fun, I daresay!). In the days following a friendly intro conversation to establish exactly what I was looking for, she showed me a steady stream of options that fit my parameters, scheduling showings at convenient times and allowing me to feel extremely confident in my choice when I decided on an apartment within the week. Thank you Izra for the great service! I will definitely be going to her again for all my housing needs and recommend her to anyone making the often-stressful move to NYC.
