Working with Ian was a pleasure. This was my first time renting in NYC and I wasn't sure what to make of everything. After working with a handful of brokers with a mediocre experience, after a two weeks I stumbled upon one of Ian's listings. He was extremely affable from the get-go. We ended up looking at a handful of apartments and I was really happy when I found the "one" ! I'm sure I asked more than a million questions along the way. Was very helpful in explaining the process and got the sense Ian knew the market very well (we rented on the Upper East Side). But most importantly got me my dream apartment. I knew it when I saw it. Highly recommend, and would use his services again, but I don't see myself moving anytime soon !
