Ian was super helpful on trying to find me an apartment that worked with the parameters I gave him! I encountered MANY brokers during this past apartment hunt, and some were there to unlock doors and not do much else. Some hurried me in an out of a space, not giving me much time to ask questions about the unit or the neighborhood.
