Renting a home with the help of Ian was pretty seamless. Though he was away on vacation, he was very responsive on texts and had someone else available to take me around. He even agreed to help me with submitting the checks for security deposit and first month's rent since I was not in NYC. I would recommend him to everyone.

Ian was so helpful throughout the whole process! Not to mention he responded to all our questions and concerns right away and If it wasn't for him, my roommates and I probably would not have gotten the place we did. At times it was difficult for us to contact the leasing office and Ian would take his own personal time to walk from his office to our future building to get any information or paper work we needed. I had such a hard time trying to find an apartment in NYC for my family and I to come stay at for 3 months while I was having surgeries. We are from South Dakota so it was so hard trying to do everything from so far away, but then I found Ian Christie online. I called him so many times with all my wants, needs, and worries and he was dedicated to helping me find something perfect for my family and I. He never made me feel bad for asking questions and was so nice that it honestly felt too good to be true- but it was true! He picked us up from the train station, showed and told us where all the stores, bus stops, hospitals and good eats were. Even though I wasn't feeling good from surgeries, he always made sure that we didn't feel alone in the city by offering us to do things with him and his girlfriend- which I thought was really nice and wish we could of done that with him!
