Howard never loses sight of the fact that what he calls business, his clients call home. After seven years of managing properties all over New York City, creating better places for people to live, he decided to concentrate on sales, and on being the one to lean on for clients seeking their dream home.
Born and raised in the Bronx in the shadow of the Zoo, Howard is all New York. He holds a BA from Queens College, dual majoring in English and Humanities, and spent 12 years in retail management at Bloomingdale's gaining valuable experience in sales, operations and merchandising. Howard later spent a year as a legal assistant in a boutique real estate law firm in Manhattan, and attended law school for two years. Deciding that people should solve their problems over dinner rather than lawsuits, he followed his passion for cooking into the restaurant profession as a chef and later manager/general manager of many prominent New York restaurants.
Expert at the art of client service, Howard is fully dedicated to real estate, and to helping clients maintain their perspective during what can be an emotional and stressful process. He operates with great patience and endurance, plus brings extensive market knowledge to the table. His expertise in rentals and condos throughout Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn gives him seasoned insight on the city's different property types and vibrant neighborhoods to choose from.
Howard has lived in the Bronx, Upper West Side, West Village, and presently in a co-op in Forest Hills with his wife, two sons and one adorable cat. He speaks Spanish well as he does limited French and Russian. For fun he enjoys cooking, exercise, reading, music, boating and fishing.
