Hector is excellent. Hands down, the best broker with whom I've worked. He has judgment, shows me properties he's clearly weighed against my gotta-haves, wants, optionals. I've had brokers show me anything hitting just one of my six gotta-haves. They just wanted the fee fast. Hector is not this type at all. He doesn't waste my time with apt's I'm not apt to like. Hector works thoughtfully. He uses multiple databases, sent me good listings at least every other day. He's very conscientious and a good communicator. Given the tight market currently, it was hard finding something with all my gotta-haves. "All" is almost always impossible. Hector still found apts I liked, even without all my "musts". Price was an issue, after all. I'm glad he sent me these listings also so I could see market conditions. Quality, supply, neighborhoods, price. Hector is a very nice person. A coffee with him isn't just talk about real estate, but family, holidays, hobbies. He's warm and I enjoyed his company very much. I would send friends to him in a second.
