Real estate has been Heather Cooper's career and success story for nearly a decade. A Licensed Associate Broker, she has enjoyed working with a diverse clientele of first-time buyers, sellers, landlords, renters and investors, representing all property types, in every price range and neighborhood in the city.

Persistence is Heather's middle name when it comes to getting results. She is a true go-getter who loves the hunt of real estate and finding that diamond in the rough for her clients. As a full-service broker, Heather goes above and beyond for every buyer and seller, providing attentive guidance and thorough follow up to bring their deals to close. She believes in educating people on the market and customizing strategies to meet their goals, while striving to make the stressful process of buying a home as fun as she possibly can.

Her expertise and excellent negotiating skills help buyers obtain the best value in a home they love. This along with innovative marketing, fresh ideas and creativity when staging homes further differentiate Heather, who always gets top dollar for sellers in the shortest timeframe possible. Her team of mortgage bankers, attorneys and others professional partners ensure a streamlined process.

A New York City native, Heather grew up in Riverdale in the Bronx and has lived on Manhattan's Upper East Side for over 18 years. She earned a Political Science degree and a Paralegal Certificate from Baruch College. After serving as a paralegal at various law firms, she moved on to large brokerage companies like Weatherly Securities, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where she worked on the trading floor as an institutional sales assistant/marketing coordinator on the European Equity Sales desk.

Heather loves travel, the beach and yoga. She sits on the Board of Spread the Sparkle, a nonprofit organization her friends started several years ago that helps the homeless, women who have suffered from domestic violence, and those with disabilities. "We bring 'sparkle' to these communities through holiday events, spreading smiles and joy to all."
