I contacted Greg recently searching for an apartment in Hudson Heights/ upper Manhattan area. Greg was kind, helpful and flexible. I assume that like me - many people moving to the city don't meet the standard requirements given by the landlords here - US credit history, annual income 40x rent, guarantors, etc.... (paying for several month upfront became illegal last year). We are still good tenants but most agents find it too complicated wouldn't even show us the apartments. That's why I appreciate Greg's approach even more. He's just knowledgeable and experienced enough to always find a good solution for individual needs. I can only recommend him if you have to go through an apartment hunting in NYC!

This is a strong positive recommendation for Greg Healy. Me and my wife had an appointment with Greg to see a 3BR at Hudson heights on a freezing and snowy Jan 18th, 2020. It was a delight to work with someone so experienced (27 years!!), patient and professional as Greg! He listened to my many many questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Greg asked me some key questions like my budget, what I planned to do with the second bedroom. Accordingly he indicated additional apartments that might be of interest to us. So, we spent the next close to 90 minutes from one apartment to another. We loved every single apartment that he showed us. Despite moving around in the harsh weather, there was no change in Greg's positive and friendly demeanor and this made us feel comfortable. We are sad that we did not rent from him but I am sure Greg will find matched tenants very soon. I wish Greg the very best, and am confident your experience with him will be equally pleasant and beneficial.

We highly recommend Greg! He seemed really in touch with what we wanted. He showed us four fabulous apartments and waved hello to everyone in the neighborhood. He even sent us another apartment to look at after we finished. Greg was really accommodating when we asked to look over the apartment before we signed the lease.
