George makes you feel like you're the only person hunting for an apartment in the city which is something I have never felt before, especially in such a busy and fast-paced city as New York. Every time I asked a question I got a direct and fulfilling answer and at no time did I feel as if I was being played or taken advantage of like I have with so many other people in this city. He found me absolutely great apartments and every request I made he fulfilled, even with stretching the move-in date or extending the lease. He was great to work with, always communicated quickly even at inconvenient hours, and I will be looking forward to working with George the next time I need to find an apartment.
In my past experiences brokers can be a pain to deal with, constantly putting their best interests in front of the client. However, I must say I had a really positive experience with George. The first time we met, he showed me a few apartments that, while in my location preference, were not really what I was envisioning from a finishings and luxury standpoint. What makes George good at his job is that he listened to my concerns, and shifted his focus to a specific type of apartment, scouring online until he found something that fit every criteria. I really wasn't planning on using a broker because I was confident in doing my own research, but George found me the perfect place that I had to jump on it. I would definitely recommend him to others in the future. He listens to the client, and is also a pleasure to work with.

I was very stressed when I was looking for an apartment for my daughter who needed a place to share with her roommates in New York. Before getting in touch with George I was working with a different agent from a different agency, and it was a very frustrating experience; I got so many promises for different places, and every time we liked a place it was gone the same day we got the listing for it. Then I was introduced to George and right away I felt at ease with him, George has a very pleasant personality and a great sense of humor. This is simple. I told George what I was looking for and he told me not to worry. I kept asking him to send me photos of the apartments he had scheduled the visits and he kept telling me not to worry. The visit day arrived and I wasn't disappointed. We saw over 8 apartments and all of them matching my criteria, one better than the other. After all, I'm living now in this amazing apartment, just as I pictured once I knew i would move to NYC.
