She kept me updated, communicated with me regularly, guided me through the application process, and even negotiated with the landlord on my behalf when I was getting close to my move-in date and unexpected complications arose. She worked incredibly hard to make sure that I found a place within my time frame, and it was calming to have someone in my corner to answer my questions about the area, what to expect, and where good deals might arise.
