Originally from Austria, Florian brings a European perspective and a deep appreciation for the architecture, history, and character that make New York unique.

Having called the Upper East Side home for more than five years, he has spent countless hours exploring neighborhoods across all five boroughs, discovering the details-from historic buildings and thoughtful design to local restaurants and hidden gems-that give each area its identity.

Before entering real estate, Florian built a career in consulting, procurement, and international project management. At PwC Austria, he served as Deputy Program Management Lead, overseeing more than 15 concurrent projects valued at €8 million+ and leading a team of 13+ consultants across projects involving Austria, Hungary, and China. His earlier experience managing European chemical transportation gave him a strong foundation in negotiation, supplier relationships, and managing complex operations.

He brings that same consultative approach to real estate, combining careful research and
attention to detail with an instinct for storytelling. Whether helping a seller showcase the
character of a property or helping a buyer understand the value and potential of a home, he
takes the time to understand what matters to each client and provides honest, thoughtful
guidance throughout the process.
With a background in international business and firsthand experience navigating life between
Austria and New York, Florian is particularly attuned to the needs of clients relocating to the city.

Fluent in English and German, he understands that finding the right home is about more than the property itself-it is about finding the neighborhood and lifestyle that feel like the right fit.

Outside of real estate, Florian enjoys exploring New York's architecture, history, and food scene, as well as traveling, motorsports, and golf.
