Mississippi native Fairry U. Bonner has called NYC, NJ and PA home for the past 30 years with 17 years of vast knowledge of Manhattan real Estate. Eleven of which she worked with Citi Habitats, and the last 2 as a Team Leader at Century 21 NY Metro, where she managed a team of over 10 agents handling Sales and Rentals. �I work with sellers, buyers, and renters on properties south of 135th Street, but my primary business is south of 90th Street,� says Fairry. �No matter where the apartment search is though, or what my client�s situation is, I put myself in my client�s place. �Since I was 16, I�ve worked. In that time I�ve been exposed to many people, industries, and positions � from sales manager for a large clothing chain company just after college, a stylist/designer and make up artist to a dancer and a small business owner,� says Fairry. �I have also lived in five major cities and three countries, so I appreciate NYC�s diversity and breadth of perspectives.�
