Etty was such a pleasure to work with! She is friendly, accommodating, and professional. We are moving to New York from Atlanta and were on a big time crunch, as we only had a couple days in New York to look for apartments, but Etty made the process so much easier for us. In comparison to the other brokers we met with that day, Etty understood what we were looking for the best and made sure to stay within our budget. She was also always available to answer all of our questions (which we had a lot of). I would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future!

Etty is a true professional and fast develops terrific insights into what the client needs. She knows NYC very well. She always came prepared with options and actual descriptive details about the options, the pros and the cons. Her availability and flexibility around scheduling was amazing and she would not get bugged by our constant demands for checking out our self-selected listings (which were a disaster compared to what she brought). She synchronized with our needs/demands & notion of ideal apt so fast that I could have actually relied on her to choose something for us :) Her approach to negotiating is quite mature and intelligent as well.
