Ernest was as honest and helpful as they come! My roommate and I were in a time crunch to find an apartment with specific qualifications and he was able to find the perfect apartment. He rushed everything through for us and got to work 2 hours earlier to make sure our applications was the first one completely submitted.

Ernest was so responsive and efficient in helping my roommate and I find an apartment. Throughout the whole process, he answered any questions we had and worked around our busy work schedules! All of the apartments that we saw were great options; truly the best on the market! He helped us with getting all the proper documentation as well as working with building management to ensure the lease was correct. It was honestly a pleasure to have Ernest as my real estate agent! He was a breath of fresh air. Apartment hunting in NYC can be dreadful but with Ernest it did not seem like a chore. From the beginning he made sure he understood what I was looking for and I felt as if he genuinely wanted to help me find the right apartment. I was looking to find an apartment within a very short time frame and he really put in the time and effort to take me to view the ones that were available. He always responded promptly and was great at answering any of my questions. Even after finding the apartment, he was a great resource for getting approved and having the lease signed. I cannot recommend him enough because Ernest really deserves the highest praise- he is knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated!
