I was new to NYC, and she helped me find the perfect neighborhood to live in that was close to work and had a great restaurant scene, which I was looking for. I was originally unsure if I wanted to rent a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, and Erica was exceedingly patient with me -- showing me both options and helping me visualize the best set-up for the space. I was amazed at how efficient she was at planning my showings. She had a comprehensive list of all the apartments she wanted to show me in our limited time together, and mapped out the best route to minimize walking. In just two hours, we must have seen 10 different apartments! More importantly, I felt like after our initial meeting when we discussed my list of "must haves" and other preferences, Erica had a good understanding of my taste in apartments, and delivered in the apartments she went on to show me. I briefly worked with a broker from another company, and Erica was much more personable and interested in taking the time to find me the right place. I absolutely love my new apartment, and definitely have Erica to thank! If you are looking for a real estate agent who isn't just trying to make the hard sell, but really listens and cares about finding the perfect fit for you, Erica is a great choice!

Not only does she really listen to what you're looking for, she herself has great taste and was never once daunted when I told her I didn't like or love a place. I found one I really liked and started the application process but changed my mind. I ended up not finding what I was looking for and rethinking what I want in an apartment and searching for what I need. Erica was not only very professional and knowledgeable of the area and the rental process, but extremely easy to reach by phone and email. She responded quickly at all hours of the day. Erica is one of the most thorough and smart brokers I have ever worked with. She is very punctual, and organized with her listings. I have never seen 5-6 apartments in one night and didn't think it was possible on a weeknight, but Erica retrieved all the necessary information, keys and contact info. to ensure an efficient process when showing all the apartments. She was also very responsive and timely in all her emails and text.
