Emily Raciti is a licensed real estate salesperson with six years of experience. Over the course of her real estate career, she has placed over 300 clients in nearly every neighborhood of Manhattan. She prides herself on her deep market knowledge (she can frequently be seen browsing listings for fun, even when she's not working!), and her unique ability to truly understand her client's needs and desires in their apartment search. I would definitely recommend Anchor Associates to anyone looking to rent an apartment, especially if you''re new to the area. Beginning to end they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Within minutes of my first phone call, I already had an appointment set up for the same week to see five different apartments. I worked with Emily, and she was an invaluable resource in my apartment search. Instead of simply showing me and my brother apartment after apartment, Emily took the time to explain the area and answer any questions that I had as a new renter in NYC. She made an effort to learn our specific situation and take it into account, and built that into a pleasant, low-pressure experience. When we ran into issues getting into one of the apartments, she worked on our behalf to resolve the situation. Emily Barry was amazing! Our daughters are moving to NYC from the deep south and one of our biggest concerns was finding a realtor that could tolerate our accents and still be patient enough to get the job done. While looking to rent an apartment through Anchor Associates, we worked with Emily Barry. She was on the ball EVERY step of the way. We worked with Emily Barry, who was super refreshing- she has a great chill vibe while also being very knowledgable.
