This was the first time searching for apartments for myself as I’m living alone for the first time. I also didn’t have my parents able to help me search in person, only virtually, so I had no idea what the process would look like or how overwhelming it would be. I reached out to many listing agents and Eliza called me one day. She got to know me and what I was looking for right away and had said we could see places as early as that night. She was thoughtful and I appreciated all she did and all of the support she provided me. I felt like a lost puppy walking in to the process and she made it 0% stressful and actually very enjoyable. I even cancelled all other appointments or contact with other agents because I only wanted to work with her. She helped me find a beautiful apartment and I cannot wait to move in. I couldn’t have done it without her! Eliza even helped as much as she could with a building and company who wouldn’t budge on certain things, and advocated as much as she could. My dad appreciated all of her efforts and even said how impressed he was with Eliza’s help and how on top of everything she was! I highly recommend Eliza to other people searching!
