With experience overseeing development marketing projects such as Gramercy Square, The Belnord, 100 Franklin Street in TriBeCa, and most recently The Beekman Hotel & Residences, Eleonora is a veteran in the field skilled in all aspects of real estate. Whether it be working with experienced Manhattan buyers and sellers or foreign investors purchasing in NYC for the first time, Eleonora makes the real estate process seamless and efficient with her hard work and ingenuity.

"I offer a full-circle and individualized approach to every deal, and am involved with my clients for the long haul in building their real estate portfolios," she says. As important are the relationships she forms along the way, and the creativity with which she negotiates deals so that they benefit both parties.

Raised in SoHo and currently residing in Greenwich Village, Eleonora has a distinct edge as far as her knowledge of the market and inventory. Her experience and passion for the field make her one of the most successful and knowledgeable young agents in the business. Additionally, she has developed a strategic network within the real estate community that ensures clients have access to the most exclusive opportunities.

A student of Manhattan's prestigious Stuyvesant High School and graduate of Boston University's Questrom School of Management with a Business Administration & Marketing degree, Eleonora inherently knew that real estate was her calling. After briefly working in Media Sales for E! Entertainment Television, Eleonora joined Douglas Elliman in 2009 and has ranked among the firm's top agents ever since and with an extensive resume of new development sales experience.

Fluent in English and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish and German, Eleonora believes that a strong hold on the Manhattan real estate market involves a deep understanding of the global community. As such, she is focused on international outreach opportunities on her clients' behalf. "I remain committed to building on an extensive knowledge of New York City history, an understanding of international real estate markets and a work ethic that is ingrained in professionalism, honesty and integrity." For Eleonora, this is truly a customer focused business first, and transaction oriented second, often developing long lasting relationships with her buyers, sellers and their families alike.

A New Yorker through and through, Eleonora spends her time outside of work enjoying all that the city has to offer. Eleonora believes strongly in community service and is dedicated to giving back to the city that has given her so much. She serves as Vice President on the board of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association and has founded the highly acclaimed Mentoring Program in Professional Development for NYC Public High School students.
