With over 10 years of experience, Diego Jalca has more than enough to bring to the table. On April 2006 Diego Started working as a real estate salesperson for Blue Star Apartments, LLC.  His hunger and desire to learn his new passion, led him to spend all his time viewing properties, researching neighborhoods and current market trends.  This proved to be a major advantage to his client and eased the stress of moving.  Diego was involved with more than 50 rental transactions and sold 2 West Village Buildings for $7.2 Million in his first year of real estate. In 2010, Diego decided to dive deeper into the real estate world and become a property manager.  Managing 11 Buildings through out  West Village, Chelsea, Hamilton Heights and the Upper East Side, Diego learned how to successfully increase the rent roll  and the quality of tenants, thus decreasing the vacancies and late payments by tenants. Diego learned from 2 professional real estate investors how to properly recognize undervalued and distressed properties. During this time Diego brokered 5 investment acquisition in the Upper East Side, Chelsea  and West Village and became the head broker in his company. In 2011, he was the sellers broker in a $32.6M transaction involving 4 West Village rental properties on Christopher Street and Cornelia Street.   After this transaction, Diego decided to take his love of real estate to the next level and opened his own brokerage firm.

In 2014, Diego Jalca decided to join forces with Kings Court Realty, to assure continual growth and increase productivity.  His desire to continue working in the career of his dreams assures longevity and stability.

On April 2016, Diego Jalca decided to join one of Manhattan's largest independently- owned firm, Bond New York.

On October 2016, Diego Jalca decided to re open Jalca & Associates and continue his pursue his passion to grow his brand.
