Devin is by far the most kind and patient real estate agent I have ever worked with! Moving can be crazy stressful as is, especially in NYC. It is no secret that you must be very careful about pushy agents/brokers here, and there are certainly many of them here. We got very lucky with Devin - he has excellent communication and is extremely quick to respond. Within 2 days we were looking at apartments. He seems to have a great relationship with management companies around the city and helped negotiate a good deal on our behalf. I honestly don't believe he said "no" to any question or request - he was very accommodating and patiently stayed with us as we looked at many places. Best of all, he was not pushy in ANY way. He never even tried to coax us into locking something in or sway us in a direction that would only benefit him. The entire process from the moment I reached out to him to when we signed our lease only took FIVE days. It was the least stressful moving experience I've ever had and he stayed in communication the whole time.
