Darragh Duignan is a client-focused leasing agent who works exclusively in the Financial District (FiDi) of New York City, specializing in no-fee luxury rental buildings. These are typically new development properties where the building ownership covers the broker fee.
Darragh has built strong relationships with leasing teams across FiDi, giving his clients access to up-to-date availability as well as units that are not always publicly advertised. He is known for presenting information in a highly organized and efficient way, helping clients compare options clearly and make confident decisions in a fast-moving market.
A large portion of his clientele consists of international renters who often need to secure an apartment before arriving in New York. To make this process seamless, Darragh utilizes detailed videos, virtual tours, floor plans, and clear communication to help clients tour and evaluate apartments remotely.
Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge, and straightforward communication style, Darragh focuses on creating a smooth, transparent, and stress-free leasing experience.
