When I messaged Daniel about an apartment that was no longer available, I was convinced that I would be waiting months until a perfect apartment would appear. Instead, Daniel listened to my “must haves” and shared a perfect apartment within minutes. His timeliness, professionalism, and knowledge was more than I could have asked for. There are no words to describe how great he is at what he does!

I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough to help someone. This was my first apartment and my sister and I didn’t have the best credit/financial background and we were struggling to find a place for the both of us. We were near accepting defeat when Daniel came in and instantly connected us to some great places to look at. He fought for us relentlessly (and around the clock) when we were approved for an apartment and the owner decided to backtrack on our previous agreement. We had come down to the wire before the day that I needed to move or otherwise be homeless in NYC and Daniel did not stop until he found us an apartment that was perfect. Working 7 days a week and all hours of the day and night, he went above and beyond for me and my sister. He even dealt with my mother (which is no easy feat lol) and reassured her throughout that he would not let us down. Daniel even agreed to help us in six months when they lease is up to find a bigger place. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
