Honesty, Integrity and Competence. Before Daniela not a single real estate agent I met and worked with scored highly in those categories. Sweet and very friendly, I actually ENJOYED looking at apartments with her. Punctuality was never an issue as she treats you and your time with the utmost of respect. Listen to what she says, she's not trying to rip you off but help you!!! After telling her my requirements and not being able to find anything, she kept looking. And looking. She quickly gained an understanding of what I wanted so there were no blatant wastes of time. She had a VERY in depth understanding of the market and what was available. She knew what was fake and what was not. This is THE woman to have as your agent. If you see something on the web, send it to her - if it's a real apartment, she WILL get you in for a showing. I did the opposite - due to a time crunch, I went against my better judgement and tried signing an apartment with a different agent. I let Daniel a know - to my surprise, she was not upset...she was HAPPY for me! Congratulated me and everything. I told her the general location of where the apartment was, and this is where she really saved the day. She quickly called me and asked if I had tried to rent a specific unit number. Turns out, the other agent from a different company had rented me an apartment that had already been sold. *Despite me going to another agency, Daniela welcomed me back with arms open and took care of me. Overwhelmed, I left everything ton Daniela and Bond. Their work was amazing. They found me an UNREAL apartment in an AMAZING location, for a significant amount under market value. These guys not only know and have excellent access the market, they have great leveraging power and will go out of their way to try to get you a lower price. I would give Daniela 15 stars if I could.
