Prior to real estate, he worked in the hospitality industry, taught drama, managed sales for Broadway shows and was a performer himself. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Damon graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. After two years at Xerox Corporation, he traded his suit for the stage, moving to New York to pursue acting.
