I was moving out of Brooklyn and needed to find an apartment within the weekend. Having just lost two apartments from working with other brokers, I had four days to move. Luckily a friend referred me to Cyrus Alizadeh at Bond New York. Cyrus found an apartment in the East Village that was in my budget and he got me moved in before Monday. I hate moving but he made it easy and quick. To put it simply, he's awesome!!!

Cyrus is an awesome broker. When other brokers turned us away cyrus gave us hope. We only view 3 apts. The approval only took 3 hours. i high recommend Cyrus

This was the first time I've ever used a real estate agent, and as long as I live in New York, I will never use anyone else but Cyrus Alizadeh! He is a very straightforward and honest. He doesn't really come at you with a sales pitch or any pressure, which was a nice change from some of the other brokers I met with before him. He will make your search as easy as possible!

If you need your faith restored in humanity call Cyrus! This guy is stunningly knowledgeable about the real estate market in NYC. He will go out of his way to show you apartments in your criteria, but also educates and prepares the client for the application process.
