Cionne recognizes that any real estate undertaking typically involves one of the most important decisions in someone's life. "I work with my clients to ensure that our partnership is one based on trust and knowledge, so we can confidently make the best choices together. Regardless of what they are looking for, whether a rental, purchase or sale, I give each of their needs and criteria the same amount of care."
With 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Cionne was Director of Membership Services for a broker's association based in Nevada where she collaborated with the President and Board of Directors to create business development and training programs geared towards top-producing REO broker/owners across the U.S. She simultaneously served as Marketing Director for a real estate software company, working with developers and leadership to create UX designs and workflow for agents and institutional clients on the transaction management platform, devising marketing strategies, and providing in-depth training.
Born Seoul, South Korea, Cionne grew up in Las Vegas. She studied marketing and English at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Cionne holds real estate sales licenses in both New York and Nevada. A resident of the East Village, she loves living downtown and is happy to work with clients in many Manhattan neighborhoods.
Cionne thrives on giving back. She sat on the National REO Broker's Association Make-A-Wish Foundation of America Committee for five years, helping to organize auctions and fundraising initiatives. Seeing children have their wishes granted and the resilience they showed upon meeting them was constantly inspiring. She also volunteered with Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence, as a stylist. "I loved seeing each woman I helped feel good walking into a new chapter of their professional life!"
For fun, Cionne enjoys trying new restaurants and recipes with friends, and is a self-proclaimed ramen connoisseur and all-around noodle enthusiast! Although film is getting harder to develop, she always keeps a Yashica T4 35 mm camera in her purse.
