Christine was super helpful throughout our rental process and was an amazing resource to lean on. The spot she found for me is the place I am still at 3 years later so she found a rental keeper.
I worked with Christine to search for an apartment in Dec '21, and she was extraordinarily helpful in finding the perfect place for my roommate and me. She was proactive in reaching out to assess what we were looking for and went above and beyond in helping us look at potential places, see what didn't work, and recommend others. Within a week of reaching out, she managed to find us a great deal that we would not have otherwise found. I would 100% recommend Christine if you're looking for an apartment in NYC!
Christine and Anthony were super professional, very kind and helpful. I could not have asked for better!
Christine was efficient, patient and fast on her feet when it came to finding us our perfect apartment! She never once made us feel like we were being too picky and we always felt she was on our side. She helped us find our perfect home and I couldn't recommend her enough! Christine, you are so genuine and we are so glad we had you by our side through this stressful process!
Christine was incredibly quick to respond and was one of the only brokers who was super helpful and not pushy in any way. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend working with her if you want the most stress-free experience looking for an apartment.
Finding an apartment in NYC can be overwhelming and often at times challenging. I just rented my first studio apartment and could not have done it without the help of Christine! She is very knowledgeable about the current renters market and will do her best to get you your dream apartment for a great price and location. Christine was patient (not pushy like other brokers I’ve dealt with in the past) and really takes into consideration the preferences her clients share in terms of what they are looking for in a place to live. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would highly recommend using her to anyone out there who needs a new place to live!
Worked with Christine in January to find an apt for Feb 2021. I had other brokers who were unreliable and just wanted to get a commission off me. Christine was patient and cared about my needs and it was very evident she didn't just want to make a buck. She helped me find an apartment I've very happy with. I'd definitely work with her again--you should too!
Christine was absolutely fantastic! I have moved around quite a bit over the years and can honestly say I have never worked with someone so attentive and accommodating towards my personalized needs. She not only helped us find the perfect home in just days, but stuck by to help us negotiate an amazing deal as well.
As far as Realtors go, Christine is a breath of fresh air! I really cannot say enough to emphasize what a value add the entire experience was for me. She is nice, professional without being pushy, and I would use her services again. I met with Christine when I was in a tight spot needing to move. I have to say, she was phenomenal. She didn't hesitate finding out exactly what I need as far as a place to live. When I asked for clarification, she was extremely patient. Anytime I needed feedback, she got back to me immediately. I think she was very thorough and detailed oriented in handling my dilemma. Thankfully, because she gave me the right direction, I was able to get into a great apartment with relative ease. I highly recommend!

Christine did a great job at helping me find many options for the type of apartment I was looking for. I would recommend working with her.
As a college student, Christine was very caring and tended to all our needs in what we needed in our first apartment in the city. She was easy to contact and answered all of our questions to the fullest extent. I recommend hiring her as she will give you the best options and find the apartment you are looking for!
Christine was extremely communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. She had sound neighborhood knowledge and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a new place to live.
