Charles was absolutely incredible! When i initially reached out to him, he was super responsive and was the type of person that tries to help serve his clients 24/7. I think we were on the phone past 9pm one nigh/he'd always make himself available. He was so helpful..as I was moving to NYC for the first time & had a very fast timeline (3 weeks). He helped give me recommendations on where to live and what to expect. He listened to what we wanted/prioritized and really went above and beyond to find us the right apartment. We met him and he took us on tours, knew every step in the process, and helped advise us on how quickly apartments can be taken. We applied same day and signed the following...seamless process that he helped us through. Can't imagine doing this on my own!! We are so happy with our apartment and I can not recommend Charles enough. Thank you!

Charles is the best! He gets the job done and really listens to your needs and wants. We only saw 2 apartments even though he had more lined up, but he knew from our phone conversation the day before what I really wanted. The whole process of apartment hunting with him was easy and stress free. He is really nice and easy to work with. He tells you what the next steps are and makes sure that everything is taken care of in order to obtain the apartment. He also never leaves your side. He sat with me for about 2 hours in the lobby making sure all the paperwork was going through on the apartment I chose. His main focus is his client and it’s so rare to find that. I would recommend Charles to anyone who is serious about looking for a new place.

Charles was absolutely amazing. Was my first time renting in New York and he took the time to explain everything to me and ultimately found me an amazing apartment. He promised that we'd find the perfect apartment in one day and we did. He dedicated the day to me, and he even found the perfect apartment at a price that I wouldn't have gotten had I looked on my own. He took all the stress out of what would have been an otherwise stressful experience and for that I am so grateful. I don’t know where to begin, Charles is one of the most kind hearted people I have met. Moving from Arizona and knowing nothing about living in NYC, he helped me find an apartment that was not only walking distance from school, but also in a safe neighborhood. If it wasn’t for Charles I’m positive I wouldn’t have found such a wonderful apartment. Charles was the only agent to answer is phone regardless of the time of day. It was an absolute pleasure working with Charles! Being a native New Yorker myself, I've worked with a bunch of agents in the past and none have been as honest, hardworking and diligent as Charles in finding me the perfect apartment in a very short timeframe. I have a very difficult work schedule which affords me only limited time after 8:30pm to see apartments, but that was not a problem for Charles, he showed me apartments up until 10pm which is above and beyond what any other agents I've worked with in the past have done for me. Once I found my apartment he made the application process a breeze and I was approved in just a couple of days.
