Catherine Hollmann relocated to New York City  to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where she earned an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree.

Following her studies, Catherine built a successful career in design and marketing, working across the design, advertising, and marketing industries. She later leveraged her creative expertise alongside her strengths in business development, marketing, and advertising  to transition into real estate.

A longtime Brooklyn resident, Catherine began her real estate career with Nest Seekers International before joining Platinum Forbes Global Properties in Manhattan. Dually licensed in New York and Florida, she specializes in leasing & sales of luxury residential properties. Her diverse professional background provides clients with a unique blend of market knowledge, strategic marketing expertise, and personalized service.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Catherine enjoys traveling, writing, photography, and exploring the arts.
