I had an extremely positive experience working with Carlos Lopez. He was unbelievably responsive when no one else would even return my text or calls. Super easy to work with, very helpful and accommodating, and a very positive experience overall. Recommend him highly!
Carlos was fantastic to work with! I was trying to secure a place for my son while coordinating everything remotely from CA, and Carlos made the entire process super easy.
He was my boots on the ground, doing video tours and showing me units, providing feedback that helped me feel more confident making decisions across the country. He was professional, communicative, and responsive every step of the way.
Finding housing in NYC can feel overwhelming, especially from out of state, but Carlos was a lifesaver. Highly recommend him!
Carlos is an amazing agent! He was incredibly helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend enough! We can’t wait to move with him again in the future.
Carlos was the best - he helped find me a spot perfect for me right away and was so nice, easy to talk to, and trust worthy. He was also extremely helpful during the application process, which we all know can be rough. The company overall has been very transparent and easy, and I would recommend Carlos to anyone who’s looking for an apartment in the NYC area!

Carlos is hands down one of the most helpful and knowledgeable agents I’ve worked with. Carlos was amazing! Everyone says apartment hunting in NYC is a nightmare, but Carlos made it so easy. Every place he showed us was way nicer than others we saw in the same price range, and he was super responsive the whole time. He really went out of his way to help us and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Carlos was extremely helpful through the whole process and made sure I was updated to get the best chance at the apartment I wanted. Thanks!
Carlos showed me some great properties and was able to adjust what he showed me based on real time feedback. I had a great experience with this group.
