I am renting out my furnished apartment since I got accepted into grad school overseas, right after renewing my lease. The program is two years and it is still up in the air on how long I will be living overseas based on TBD job placement.

I am looking to sublease the furnished apartment long term (~2 years) to someone I can trust. I hope to renew the lease with the management company while I am overseas for the next few years, so a long term subletter is important and preferred.
