As a native of the New York metro area, Brian Totin has a strong knowledge of the city and its diverse neighborhoods.  Brian has been involved in residential real estate sales, rentals and management for over 10 years. He represents landlords who collectively own over 2,500 units and routinely advises those owners on potential acquisitions and upgrades.

In addition to his strong client portfolio, Brian has extensive experience managing and marketing property. He is the manager and exclusive broker for an Upper West Side ownership corporation where his main objective is to add value to each property in preparation for future sales.
