Bhenisha was absolutely wonderful in helping my partner and I secure our first apartment together! She was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable plus more — everything you could have ever asked for in an agent.

Bhenisha was amazing to work with and helped me find the perfect apartment. After several frustrating calls and back-and-forth interactions with numerous Manhattan agents, I was fortunate to find her. She truly delivered on my search, helping me find an apartment that perfectly met my budget and criteria. I particularly appreciated that she facilitated the entire process through FaceTime tours, as I was not physically present for the search. Her responsiveness to all my questions and concerns made the process seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Bhenisha Bantawa for any luxury rental search in the New York City market.

Bhenisha was incredibly helpful throughout my whole apartment search. She was quick to reply to questions, always kept my interests at hearts and was honest/straight forward through and through. I definitely recommend her!

Bhenisha was amazing to work with during my search for a new apartment. She was very attentive to what I was focusing on especially with my location preference as well as the details I was targeting, not to mention sharing other properties I wouldn't have found on my own which would eventually lead me to the place I chose. She made sure I was comfortable & confident with the process and helped me to understand every detail I wasn't sure on and that pushed my experience with her over to the top and will not hesitate to work with Bhenisha again in the future!

Bhenisha was a great agent who took me to a number of apartments that not only fit my requirements but exceeded. by expectations! She was communicative and was eager to find an apartment that fit my needs and timeline. My partner and I were in the process of moving from Harlem to Brooklyn and were feeling a bit stuck in the process. We'd made several trips to Brooklyn on our own and hadn't really made much progress. After reaching out to Bhenisha on RentHop, we were able to schedule time with her to tour several buildings in the area. Bhenisha helped us find a building that we would not have considered on our own and it turned out to be a great fit. We found the perfect place at the perfect price! I highly recommend working with Bhenisha.

Bhenisha was an amazing broker. She was effective, responsive, understood my needs for the type of apartment I wanted, and had access to numerous rentals. One thing that made Bhenisha one of the best brokers that I have worked with is that even with Covid making an apartment hunting process extremely stressful she did her job with ease which made my time much easier!

I'm very pleased to recommend Bhenisha as a competent and responsive broker. She helped us with renting our apartment. All throughout she was very professional and accessible. I'd definitely work with her again.

I moved to a very nice 1 bedroom apartment 2 weeks ago. I really like my new place. Bhenisha was very helpful in the whole process of moving. She was very responsive to all of our texts and calls and was very patient and generous in putting her time to answer our questions. My wife and I had such a great and positive experience working with Bhenisha.

Bhenisha is great to work with. She is knowledgeable and is able to provide guidance based on your requirement and budget. I’m glad to have chosen her.

Bhenisha was great to work with! She really listened to what I wanted and was able to find the perfect apartment! From contacting her to signing a lease only took a few days, which is faster than I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking move!

After stumbling through couple of failed application, My Colleague from work recommended me to Bhenisha. After From the initial viewing and meet I knew I wanted to work with her. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my many questions and most importantly had a great interest in knowing about myself, my Life, my profession etc. The process with Bhenisha ran very smoothly, as she explained the application process thoroughly and made sure everything in order to ensure my application was submitted correctly without delay. Within Two days I was approved and ready to go with lease signing. I would recommend Bhenisha too to anyone looking to find their perfect Apartment in NYC .

Very helpful in the apartment hunting process and follows up on inquiries after the rental as well.

Bhenisha will work very hard to make sure you find an apartment you’re completely satisfied with. From the start of our search, to applying for an apartment, to changing our minds and withdrawing that application, to applying for another apartment and signing the lease, Bhenisha was responsive, persistent in making sure all of our many questions were answered, and spent time showing us multiple listings in the area, which saved us a lot of valuable time. She’s also personable and just a nice person to work with. Brokers I’ve worked with would simply turn a key and receive commission, but Bhenisha went above and beyond for us.

I was looking for an apartment in Long Island City, and called Bhenisha on a Wednesday. After listening to what I was looking for, she was able to put together a series of showings for that very Saturday. Bhenisha was very responsive, and with her help we found a place that we loved (and, even better, no fee), put in an application that weekend, and had a lease signed shortly after. We are very happy with the result!

Bhenisha was phenomenal. We were looking for places with a really quick turnaround. She had a number of places lined up that were exactly what we were looking for. She coached us through the approval process (my partner is moving across the country and new to the process) and took us to different neighborhoods so that we could get a feel for what worked.

Had a great experience of apartment hunting with Bhenisha. She’s very patient and professional, and focused on my requirements. I ran into some issues with the application and she worked hard to resolve it. I couldn’t be happier with the apartment she found for me, and I would definitely recommend Bhenisha to everyone who is looking for their next home.

We strongly recommend working with Bhenisha. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and persistent in helping us get approved for the apartment that was our first choice. She definitely went the extra mile and we're very grateful for that. You may come across quite a few brokers in New York City, and it's not always easy to figure out who to work with - Bhenisha is definitely one of the best!

I would highly recommend Bhenisha! Moving from out-of-state to Sunnyside, she was extremely informative and helped us navigate the system. It was a pleasure working with her!

I had a great experience with Bhenisha. She showed me a good variety of apartments and was not pushy at all in trying to convince me to rent any of them. It really seemed like she had my best interests in mind. I'd definitely recommend her!

We had a very small window of time to look at apartments in NYC, but Bhenisha was very helpful in guiding us and to our daughter's new home. She listened to our needs and was able to take us to locations that fit our descriptions in such a short time. Not only did we find what we were looking for, she went over and beyond to help us from a distance (even when we were not in town) when we needed assistance. We are very thankful to have had a great resource in such a big city.

Bhenisha was a tremendous asset in helping us find an NYC apartment. She asked all of the right questions to streamline the process and make it smooth and efficient. She was very organized and professional and had a good knowledge of the different NYC locales as well as real estate availability. I would definitely contact her again for our next move.

Ms. Bantawa: Did a solid job of lining up apartments to see for me. They were a little above the price range advertised but she was professional on time and very knowledgeable. Walter Adams Vice President

Bhenisha was absolutely wonderful throughout my apartment search. It came at a very inconvenient time for me and I was very stressed initially, but she made me feel taken care of during the entire process, from viewing apartments through to the lease signing. Bhenisha is professional, thorough, upfront, and friendly. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her services again the next time I need to move (which hopefully won’t be for awhile because she found me such an amazing place!)

Showed me and my friend an apartment in queens! She was very helpful and very kind to us. She helped us with the process and answered all our questions . Thanks Bhenisha!

Great working with Benisha. Process was fast and efficient. We were able to get the apartment we initially wanted, despite us having a very average profil, thanks to her work and skills with the management. Thank you again!

Bhenisha was such an amazing help finding an apartment in Manhattan. We spent almost half a day visiting Long Island City apartment buildings and then another half of a day walking through Gramercy and Chelsea in Manhattan. Bhenisha was unbelievably patient with me through the entire process and helped me find the perfect apartment knowing that being close to work was my number one necessity. She helped make this entire process much easier and I highly recommend Bhenisha as a broker to anyone looking to move in NYC.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Bhenisha when renting our first apartment in NYC -- Within in a day we were able to find the apartment and sign the lease too.I don't think it could get any easier. She was knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful and patient even when we were being specific in our wants/needs. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and ultimately guided us to the place we fell in love. I can't recommend Bhenisha enough!

Bhenisha has been great to work with. She is a very professional and capable individual. She made the process of renting my apartment truly a pleasure! She is trustworthy, honest, and very knowledgeable about the market. She was able to get my dream apartment at asking price. I trusted her guidance every step of the way and it paid off. I highly recommend Bhenisha to anyone interested in renting their NYC apartment. - Jose and Gloria Gonzalez

Bhenisha was nice and attentive. She has helped us to find a very nice apartment super close to Lincoln Centre ( work place). I had to find a place in a week; she was very thorough in her search and once I reached a decision, she boosted the process to expedite the necessary paperwork in order to get into the apartment as soon as possible. I felt very safe renting with her and we will surely use Bhenisha when I decide to buy something here. Even after I moved to my new apartment she checked with me to see if everything went well. Highly recommended :-)

Bhenisha has been really great. She helped me a lot to move into my new apartment here in Jackson Heights. Everything went smoothly. Next time whenever I need to move, she will be my first choice to work with. Thanks Bhenisha.

Bhenisha was a great help, and super friendly! Not only did I find my place, I have a peace of mind, with the location I am currently at and a feeling of being home. Moving cross-country was not easy, but with people like Bhenisha, the process couldn't have gone better! In a week, after finding my place, I had the keys and could move in. Thanks Bhenisha!

I would highly recommend Bhenisha as a broker on finding an apartment in NYC. I really appreciate all the work she did and how sweet and patient she was on helping us with the process. I'm going to be a Parsons student this fall and we needed something that could work for me and my boyfriend whom is a lawyer. We're really happy with our pick of apartment and having Bhenisha's help definitely made a difference on this process, she was always open to help us when we had doubts or when we weren't clear on what track to take. Thank you Bhenisha for everything.

Bhenisha is very knowledgeable and honest. She answers all of my questions and pointed out several things I had not thought of. She was extremely dedicated in finding us the apartment that fits our need and budget. We were looking at several different places with several brokers, and she was so concerned with us finding a place that we'd love that she recommended we take a place with someone else. Even though we didn't go with Bhenisha this time, I will be sure to contact her in the future. She'll help you know whats best for yourself.

Bhenisha was very helpful in our entire search. She was quite knowledgable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and able to offer advice on value and price.

She's very efficient and sweet. Always on time and very flexible with timing as well.

Quite possibly the worst communicator I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

I dealt with a lot of realtors when looking for a place in NYC, and Bhenisha was by far the best. I never got the impression that she was trying to push anything on me - even when it was time to sign the paperwork. I recommend her very highly.

Bhenisha was a terrific help! She found all the places in the areas I was looking for with certain qualifications and lined up showings for an afternoon. I was originally looking for a studio, but she found a 1br in my price range which I ended up taking. Highlighly recommended!!

I love this realtor she was non stop until she found my dream apartment in Long Island City! Very dedicated to her job she showed what I rarely see any more and that was understanding for my needs and compassion meaning it wasn't all about the commission:) Highly recommended !! You will be very satisfied by her work ethic! John Carbone

I highly recommend Bhenisha. When I moved to NYC, I needed an apartment fast. I met with her on Thursday by Saturday I had moved into my new rental. She was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood where I wanted to live. Bhenisha was not pushy in the least. She is an intelligent and knowledgeable broker. I highly recommend Bhenisha.

Working with Bhenisha was such a great experience. She's very professional, informative and helped me find an incredible apartment in Williamsburg within my price range. We worked together for only a few days before finding the apartment i wanted. On top of that we had a lot of fun together. I will most definitely be calling her if I decide to move again in the near future.

Bhenisha was an absolute pleasure to work with. On our first meeting she weathered the heavy downpour to show us 5-6 apartments and had we not found the perfect one in that first day I know we would have been shown many more. She is newer to the trade and already has a great rapport with building managers and owners. It is hard to find an agent who you can both trust and will put in the extra mile. Bhenisha is the one. Far easier and flexible to work with than any agents I've dealt with in the past. She's quick to reply to texts, calls and emails and kept us thoroughly on top of what we needed to be competitive in the market. Highly recommend Bhenisha especially if this is your first venture into leasing on your own.

Bhenisha was great. Very helpful and patient and found us exactly what we were looking for.

Bhenisha was very thorough and dedicated to the task of finding me an apartment. We hit a hard spot when something I really wanted fell through, but she guided me in the right direction for finding something equally as amazing in a very short amount of time! I highly recommend her services!

We contacted her by this website. Her response was inmediatly . We were lucky to met Bhenisha because She took us to many apartments with a lot of patient ; first we are beginners in this country so it was difficult to find a place with all the requirements we need as foreign applicants . Second, We believe Bhenisha is a hard worker, diligent and professional so that We achieved the apartment we want it to . Finally We strongly recommend her to anyone who needs this kind of service She is the best agent.
