Ben was INCREDIBLE throughout this process. He truly went above and beyond consistently throughout this process. He not only did an extensive amount of extra work and fought for me on my behalf, but he sat with me for an hour on a Saturday and walked me through step by step what I had to do to make sure my application stood out. And NOW I'm moving into my dream apartment next Saturday cause I just got approved for that apartment and signed the lease. I used to think brokers' fees were undeserved BS, but I can't thank Ben enough for the work he did on my behalf here. It was truly deserved and an honor and pleasure to work with him. We even went and got coffee and sat at a cafe and hung out while signing the lease and hammering out the logistics. Can't thank him enough. 12/10 recommend him to anyone.
