Andy Shi is a dynamic and customer service driven real estate salesperson who is a native New Yorker. His unique journey through the city's diverse neighborhoods has given him a profound understanding of property from all over the city.

He lives right on the border of Elmhurst and Woodside. For almost two years, he has dedicated himself to the role of an environmental educator in new Hunters Point Library building at Long Island City. He coordinates and hosts events in regards to sustainability and the environment.

Having spent every weekday commuting to Williamsburg for four years, graduating from Brooklyn Latin High School, he has familiarized himself with the neighboring areas of Bushwick and Greenpoint. Often taking walks in Prospect Park and skateboarding in different areas of Brooklyn, the borough holds a special place in his heart.

As he continues his education at Baruch College, majoring in Finance, Andy's dual focus on academics and real estate allowed him to cultivate a unique skill set. His academic pursuits enhanced his analytical abilities, while his real-world experience in real estate gives him practical insights into the market.

Andy is ethnically from China and conversationally fluent in Mandarin. He enjoys the many parts of New York City that mirror aspects of his Chinese background, and cherishes being a part of the vibrant Fuzhounese community in Elmhurst

Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. He enjoys skateboarding and working out. His time spent exploring Manhattan with friends not only enriches his personal life but also bolsters his understanding of the various neighborhoods that comprise New York City.
