Prior to entering residential sales, Alex worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, completing nearly 100 appraisal assignments representing hundreds of millions of dollars in aggregate property value across New York and New Jersey. His experience encompasses a broad range of property types, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, development sites, single-family residences, and luxury townhouses. Through this work, Alex developed a sophisticated understanding of the factors that influence real estate value, from location and property fundamentals to income, comparable sales, zoning, and broader market conditions.

Alex also brings extensive transactional experience from his work as a licensed New York and New Jersey Title Agent, where he has generated and closed more than $40 million in residential and commercial transactions. Working alongside buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals has given him firsthand insight into the complexities of a transaction and the importance of thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and consistent communication from contract through closing.
