Akeem Smith, born and raised in Brooklyn, learned early on the importance of customer service while working at Spectrum as a telecommunications technician helping customers troubleshoot issues with their internet and phone systems. He is a natural and always maintains his goal of providing the best solutions to solving problems and/or to improve service. He moved on to work as an area supervisor within the UPS hub. There he had to train, manage time sheets, and monitor his staff. He took what he learned and now applies his skills to helping people find or sell their home using the superior Coldwell Banker marketing tools.
