With Samia, I can confidently say you will never be presented with an unexpected bill or commitment - that’s a luxury. - She demonstrated strong insider contacts. She is clearly experienced with the NYC market. When I asked for an apartment visit at 8:00am at 7:00pm the day before, she managed to make it happen. When I needed additional time to finish the application, she got the apartment off the market. Each request she brokered made my life easier. - Samia guided and orchestrated negotiations. Actually, I did not rent an apartment FROM this agent -- Samia helped me FIND a tenant to sublet my co-op apt. I live out of town and couldn't do it myself. I was so lucky to have her work with me. Samia was amazing! Always kind, professional, respectful and positive. My son is a student at NYU and we live out of state. He wanted to rent an apartment for the following year and we needed help. We had challenges with financing and Samia gave us solutions that allowed us to resolve all the issues. Samia had a real calming and pleasant demeanor from the get-go. She was unhurried and allowed us to take our time with each apartment. We always felt like we were her only clients, even though she has a busy schedule herself, and on more than one occasion she would even postpone or find coverage for another client when we ran over our time.
