Listen up... If you're not using Nooklyn to find a home in NYC, you're wasting your time! Period. Back ground info: I'm new to the city and know nothing about NYC real-estate. I tried to avoid using an agency/agent but was connected with Scott after struggling to find quality places on my own. Working with him via Nooklyn was an absolute game-changer. Scott spent 2 days showing me several properties all over Brooklyn that were within my budget and included most, if not all, the things I wanted. He was willing to work with my hectic schedule and never once lost his patience with me. His customer care was A++ and his knowledge of the Brooklyn market is impressive. I never once felt like I was being pressured into a decision or taken advantage of ($) in any way. To summarize: He made the daunting task of apartment hunting as a new comer a positive experience for me. I can't recommend Scott or Nooklyn enough!!
