Sam Apfelbaum was great! Showed me so many options and didn't felt like I was rushed into a decision or forced to compromise at all - even with my many conditions he was able to find a place for me that was absolutely perfect. The entire process was straightforward and he helped me understand every part of it.

In our initial interaction, Sam set up viewings for 5 different buildings in the span of 2 hours. He gave us all the information up front and helped us make informed decisions throughout the process (best locations, mgmt companies, markets, etc.). He even went out of his way to spend 2 extra days searching different areas in NYC with us until we landed on the apartment we loved.

Sam Apfelbaum was an incredible help to us!
