Richard was super knowledgeable about Brooklynâs neighborhoods and what they had to offer. We met with a lot of pushy brokers but Richard did not pressure us to make a rash decision and when we picked an apartment the transition from deposit to keys was incredibly smooth. Definitely recommend working with him if you are looking for a space in northern brooklyn!

Working with Richard was fantastic from start to finish. We were relocating from Boston to New York and working on an extremely short time frame with relatively difficult 'wants' and 'must haves'. Richard accommodated us from the first email, providing a number of apartments that fit our specifications alongside the first one we contacted him about. He worked in our short time frame to set up apartment viewings. He told us everything we needed to know, answered all of our (many, many) questions, and fielded between us and the management company (which is no easy task). Communicating with him is a breeze, and he is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We felt like we had an ally between us and management. I'll definitely recommend his service to friends and family moving to Brooklyn - and to everyone searching for apartments on this site!

Richard is awesome! He took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was so that he didnt waste our time with spots that wouldnt work. He wasnt pushy and didnt put pressure on us to make a quick decision. He was patient and accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. A+! Agent is super easy to talk to and very, *very* patient. We had a little fiasco with our fourth roommate and went all over the place to find apartments with Richard's help. Unfortunately, the fourth roommate ended up backing out mid-application signing, and we had to start all over. Imagine the crises an agent would face after taking an apartment off-market and securing an "OK" from potential renters, only to have it go down the drain in two seconds!! Nevertheless, Richard has been extremely helpful throughout the very stressful apartment hunting, and is never shy to offer advice and new places within our budget. We haven't found a place yet due to time constraints, but he will definitely be the first agent we call!
