Did a tour with Rafin Khan last Sunday at Benford Square. He is very efficient, showed me a lot of different layouts in only an hour. Although at the end I chose somewhere else due to location, I will recommend to book a tour with him if you are seeking an apartment in Flatbush!

I just finished settling into my new apartment and I have to say I have been incredibly impressed with the building. I especially want to recognize my leasing agent Rafin Khan, who singlehandedly convinced me that this was the right home for me. From our very first interaction, his warmth, professionalism, and personality stood out! This was a challenging process for me as I Iost out on my first choice due to a glitch with rentcafe.com; needless to say I was devastated. Rafin remained calm and optimistic. He took the time to view units late in the evening and over the weekend that he knew that I would like. He found me another unit and I lost that one as well due to someone putting in an application 1 hour before. So he was back on the hunt. I was running out of time to sign a lease due to me having to leave my old apartment due to an emergency. He came through again and I was back at the building for my third tour. He found me 2 more units to vies and they were perfect. His colleague Josiah Alleyne assisted with my approval process. He also answered emails, texts and phone calls late in the evening and even at dawn. He and Rafin worked so hard to get me approved and I am so grateful to both of these gentlemen.
