Above all else, Michael prides himself on his ability to provide an unmatched level of customer service by understanding, better than anyone else in the field, how to relate to those he is working with and working for. He realizes that the core strength of any institution is built upon the depth and integrity of the relationships that it is able to create. As a result, his true passion lies in getting to know each and every one of his clients as best as he can, in order to forge the types of relationships that don't end at the closing of any given transaction. After operating within the industry for as long as he has, Michael understands that the processes involved can easily turn sour for any number of reasons. Therefore, he does everything within his power to ensure that all of the people with whom he interacts walk away with an experience that is both personalized and wholly positive. Currently a licensed associate broker, Michael joined the City Wide team in 2011. Prior to entering into the field, Michael attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Studio Art. In his time outside of the real estate world, Michael enjoys fishing, golfing, and billiards.
