When Michael Lucia set out to make New York City his home, he learned first-hand how overwhelming finding a home can be. After his third move within the city, he discovered his passion for educating and guiding others through the process. Michael believes everyone should spend less time in a stressful apartment search and more time enjoying the city of their dreams.

After over five years of consulting with a global firm, Michael comes to real estate with a background in city and environmental planning. He takes pride in his deep knowledge of the city he gained while working for local city agencies. As a consultant, Michael developed a comprehensive skill set, making him a flexible and effective agent.

Raised in southern Florida, Michael attended the University of South Florida to study geography. After some time in Atlanta, Georgia, he moved to attend Rutgers University where he earned a master's degree in city and regional planning. You might spot Michael riding his bike along the Hudson River Greenway, picnicking in Central Park with his friends, or dining in at one of the many Thai restaurants throughout the city.
