Garrick was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and understanding of time which was a big deal for me given I am in medical school. I was very pressed for time so thankfully the first option Garrick showed me fit my requirements. I feel as if that wouldn't have been possible had he not been so thorough with the questions, and time he spent speaking to me to understand what I needed. We had a few hiccups but it was no fault to Garrick. The management company was a nightmare to work with and I don't think I would have been able to get everything approved if it were not for him being in place with the relationships that he had. All around it was a great experience and I can't imagine what it would have been like without Garrick's involvement.

Garrick was extremely helpful in helping me find my new residence. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the buildings ( I had a million questions). Once he knew exactly what I was looking for it was very quick finding options that I loved. I found over 7 great units the 1st day out looking at places, I eventually settled on one after a full week of running around. Once I decided which place I wanted, he was very hands on with helping me get the paperwork prepared, communicating with the building and managing the entire application process. I was approved for the unit after some back and forth with the landlord and I couldn't be happier. This process wouldn't have been as smooth without his help. With so much chaos going on on the NYC real estate scene, it is always refreshing to work with someone that enjoys their job, is very knowledgeable and is wiling to take the extra step on their clients behalf in getting the deal done.
