⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a mother from California sending my daughter to New York, I was unfamiliar with the Manhattan rental market and the safest areas for students. I found Ken online, and he made the entire process seamless and reassuring. He helped me secure a safe apartment for my daughter within a quick train ride to her university. When my daughter completed her initial program and decided to continue her studies at the same university, I turned to Ken again. He went above and beyond by personally accompanying my daughter to view apartments, scouting for more affordable options, and negotiating on my behalf to ensure the rent fit within my budget. Thanks to Ken, my daughter now has a spacious, convenient, and comfortable apartment she truly loves. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and happy in her living space. Ken’s professionalism, dedication, and genuine care make him the best choice for anyone searching for housing in Manhattan or the surrounding areas. Whether you are a first-time student or simply apartment-hunting in New York, I wholeheartedly recommend Ken. HE TRULY DELIVERS!

Kenny went above and beyond to help me find the perfect residence that fit my lifestyle. His attention to detail and consideration for my requirements made the search process a breeze. He was not only knowledgeable about the area but also provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. Not only did he assist me in finding my ideal rental, but he also went out of his way to help a student secure an apartment. His dedication to helping others is truly commendable, and his friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Kenny's exceptional service and expertise. He made the process of finding a rental an effortless and pleasant experience.
