Before joining R New York, she worked with an exclusive boutique firm in Soho specializing in upscale rentals, where she built strong relationships with landlords across the city. She understands the complexities unique to the New York rental market, from navigating management companies to aligning expectations with budget, location, and availability under tight timelines. While her niche is uncovering Uptown gems, Joie can show, rent, or sell almost any property in New York and collaborates happily with other agents on behalf of her clients. Her most recent projects involve the emerging market in furnished short-term rentals and works primarily with private clients.
Outside of real estate, Joie enjoys cultural events, organizing group social activities. designing jewelry, quilting, painting, gardening, traveling, and hosting in her beloved Strivers Row garden apartment. She is currently considering acquiring a NYC Tour Guide license and continues to explore the world whenever she can.
