Jake has lived in New York City his entire life, growing up across three boroughs and seven distinct neighborhoods. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, he brings firsthand knowledge of the city's neighborhoods, architecture, and history to his work.

His interest in real estate comes from a longstanding fascination with homes, their design, their value, and the role they play in people's lives. He also appreciates the rich architecture and history that shape New York City and contribute to its distinct character.

Jake approaches every client relationship with the philosophy of treating people the way they want to be treated. He believes every client has different preferences, experiences, and priorities, and tailors each experience accordingly while maintaining authenticity throughout the process.

Before entering real estate, Jake produced stage productions, award-winning short films, a feature film, a viral music video, and led teams and marketing campaigns. He believes in the power of storytelling and enjoys exploring it through books, plays, films, photography, painting, music, and design. He has also directed a feature film, appeared on Broadway in a Tony Award-winning play, and taught chess to children as young as three years old.
