My daughter and I met Joshua the first week of our apartment search. He was the first broker to be on time and take a REAL interest in what we were looking for ...many of the "others" didn't even show up or have the courtesy to cancel. He has an extremely engaging personality and was always prepared with between 3 to 7 apts to show us so our time was not wasted. I can't tell you how much fun we had with him and how easy it is to get along with a person dedicated to doing his best at a stressful time...because apt hunting is very stressful!!! Joshua made it something we looked forward to. He was very careful to plot out locations and called to confirm each time we met. I can't say enough about how professional he is and even though we didn't end up renting with him...he will be our broker for life!!!
